Start by giving us a call at 818 591 2032.
This is our dedicated reservation line. At the time of your call you may get our answering machine, that means that we are probably on the other line taking care of a reservation. DO leave your telephone number. A member of our ranch team will get back to you asap. It is not necessary to call several times in a row, in fact, this ties up our lines and creates delays for us to return calls.
You will be asked how many riders are in your party and how many of those are children (no child under the age of 7 may ride). We also like to know if the adult riders are male or female and their height and weight.
We would like to have this information beforehand so that we can have appropriate horses ready for you. Children 17 years of age and younger must wear a helmet.
You will need a credit card number to make your reservation. We accept Paypal, Cash, Visa and MasterCard.
What towear. All guests should wear long pants and boots or tennis shoes (for safety) - high heels and open-toe/heel shoes (sandals, flipflops, clogs, etc.) are not acceptable and we can not let a guest ride in inappropriate footwear.
No bags (including purses), packs or unsecured sweaters, sweatshirts or hats. Cell phones and cameras will not be allowed on the trail. It's best to leave those at home or in the car. We'll try to accommodate water bottles if they fit in the guide's saddlebag.
What to bring. Your drivers license or state ID, this is mandatory. You will need your ID when you fill out the release form. No cameras, cell phones or pagers allowed on trails or ranch. 1 Photo for each reservation is complimentary. Any additional photos are $5. Water and sodas for sale also.
We have a no cancellation, no refund policy. In the event of an emergency and you must reschedule, there will be a fee of $100 or 75% of ride (whatever is greater) charged to your credit card. If you do not reschedule or do not arrive for your ride; we consider that a cancelled reservation. Please keep in mind many people are punctual and have lunch or dinner reservations after their ride.
